This is something that I may do quite frequently dependent on how busy the weekend schedule is, but for the most part Saturdays and Sundays are very similar for me working the later shift. What this involves is painting the tee schedule, club storage and cleaning along with a lot of cart and range preparation. This certainly keeps me on my toes but is fun all the same, and as a student I do enjoy not having to get up early on the weekends sometimes.....
So with this responsibility comes with the closing of the pro shop and on most occasions the entire facility, something that I am proud to say I ma trusted to do. I have to close the tee sheet, end the current shift on the Jonas software and the do a full end of day update which generates each members account activities through the day. This can be a timely procedure but something that is well worth learning for my future ventures into the world of golf business. I'm fully up to date with the system and feel fully confident with the vast majority of its operating functions.
Looking forward to the next couple of weeks now, with a rather busy schedule ahead... I'll keep you posted.
